si-cluster logo.jpg The Hellenic si-Cluster includes currently more than 20 industrial high-tech firms, large businesses and SMEs, while it is expanding rapidly its industrial base, offering a diversity of novel technological capabilities ranging from advanced composite materials and high precision structures and mechanisms for satellite sub-assemblies and applications, to power electronics, and technologies/intelligent algorithms for earth observation applications. During the period 28-31st of January 2014, the si-cluster and EVIDITE, with INASCO and its industrial SME partners led the first national aerospace business mission to Israel. The mission’s participating companies and institutions were INASCO, EPICOS, Geosystems Hellas, Irida Labs, Planetek Hellas, Prisma, Teletel, Terra Spatium, HASI, Corallia and the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT). INASCO was represented by Dr. Christos Kyriazoglou, Director of Business Development and Marketing. During this business mission the Hellenic Space.
Delegation attended the 9th annual international conference Aerospace "Ilan Ramon" in Tel Aviv, and had important business meetings with top executives of Israeli Aerospace corporations like RAFAEL, IAI, ELBIT systems, which are major players in the global space arena. A number of business opportunities were explored and business activities were initiated, making the business mission a success. The business mission was announced in the public press.
